Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership. Together we discover your goals, and decide the steps to take in order to achieve them. I support you along the way through powerful questions, and highly effective coaching tools to co-create the reality you want to live. Although coaching has traditionally been thought of as an elite service for great athletes, celebrities, and Fortune 500 CEOs, it is now more widely available and used to overcome obstacles and achieve goals for many different types of people.

Why are you a coach?

After graduating from a conservatory of music I built a business as a full-time musician and through my work as an artist I fell in love with entrepreneurship. As a coach I’ve married my passion for business and creativity to help others achieve their goals. It is my mission to help people live a life of joy and meaning. I believe that by supporting others to pursue their life’s adventure, encouraging them to follow their interests and live their dreams, the world becomes a better place.

Is coaching right for me?

If you are a business owner, leader or artist who is looking to improve your performance, develop new skills, build or grow your business- coaching can make the difference between burnout and success. If you are feeling stuck or unfulfilled in your personal or professional life, coaching may also be right for you. A good first step is to schedule a consultation to discuss your goals and needs.

What can I expect from a session?

During our coaching sessions, you can expect to have a conversation with me about your goals, challenges, and progress. I will ask you important questions to help you identify areas for improvement, and will work with you to develop strategies and action plans to overcome your obstacles. During this process we may also work together to help you gain mastery over limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and increase self-awareness and confidence.

Do you have a coach?

Yes! I deeply believe in coaching as practice and tool for growth and mental health so much that even as a coach, I have a coach. Just as we invest in our health, college education, travel experiences and entertainment, I believe that we should all invest in our personal growth through coaching. “A pickle cannot read the ingredients on the jar” I love the external perspective I receive from coaching, and it has profoundly changed my life.

Do you offer single sessions?

I offer 1 free consultation to see if we are a good fit, or 1 free coaching session to support individuals who do not have financial means to invest in their personal growth. In order to offer truly excellent coaching I do not offer this service more than once per person. This is because coaching involves developing habits, changing behaviors, altering ways of viewing yourself and the world, and strategy- all of which take time. I work with clients a minimum of 3 months in order to guarantee the best experience and outcomes for them.

What makes you different than other coaches?

What sets me apart is a combination of my unique training as a certified business coach, my experience as a full-time business owner, a previous full-time artist, and my structured approach. My coaching method pulls from CBT techniques, non violent communication, meta learning approaches such as DSSS, S.M.A.R.T goal setting, and experience working with a wide range of clients from CEO’s, and Navy Lieutenants to visual artists and musicians. My deep passion for learning is one of my greatest sources of joy, and through my coaching I aim to support and serve people striving to be the greatest version of themselves.
